APPOINTMENTS:

Evening and weekend appointments are available but tend to get booked very quickly.

BOOKINGS:

Please book your appointment on our online booking system and ensure you are able to confirm your booking with a booking fee for all treatments. Upon booking you will receive pre-treatment advice prior to treatment. If there are any medical conditions please inform us either via email or phone to discuss if you are suitable for the treatment.

All booking fees are redeemed against the cost of treatment.

Booking Fees are Non-Refundable. If you need to reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

CANCELLATION:

If you cancel within 48 hours of your schedule appointment, your booking fee is forfeited and taken as a cancellation fee.
A new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer any kind of refunds once a treatment has been received.
